The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention our sincere appreciation and gratitude for Ken Quesenberry's outstanding customer service and friendly, helpful advice. In a time when many service providers no longer treat- the customer with respect - let alone courtesy and helpfulness - it was wonderful to deal with someone as professional as Ken.

We are original owners of a twelve year old Prestige home in Dinovi Acres, here in Hudson. Recently, I was referred to Ken to seek his advice on how to repair steam damage to our Merrilat cherry pantry cabinet around a built-in microwave in the kitchen. I had been hesitant to call anyone from Prestige since I didn't think your company would want to take time to provide service for one of your older homes. However, this was not the case.

Mr. Quesenberry was very friendly on the phone and said he would call back as soon as he could check his calendar to schedule an in-person visit.

Within a few days of my call, Ken arrived on time on the appointed date, with a friendly helpful attitude. He spent as much time with us as we needed and answered questions regarding various alternatives to fix the cabinet as well as some cracks in our two story foyer.

You have an excellent employee in Ken as well as a very positive goodwill ambassador and representative of the quality that Prestige Homes portray in their marketing.

We recently moved into our third Prestige built new home. As in the past, Prestige Homes did an excellent high quality job in the design and construction of our custom built home.

A special thanks to our job site superviser for the excellent job he did supervising the construction of our home. During the seven months we had the pleasure working with him, not once was he to ever to busy for us, and was always available when needed. Any request we made no matter how small, was taken care of without delay.

Also give our thanks to all other fine people at Prestige Homes.

After hearing the problems other home builders experience, it is nice to know there are still builders like "Prestige" that do quality work. Doing what they say, and will do what they say when they do it. Not only was our house completed on time, but we were able to move in one month ahead of schedule.

The sales staff was absolutely great to work with. The help in making changes to the layout and suggestions that we consider one option versus another helped us to make the choice for a perfect home for us to live in. The process of selecting all the materials that were to go into the home- siding, colors, cabinets, carpeting, tile, etc. made the necessary trips to individual vendors for these selections unnecessary and took the headache out of the build process.

Our site supervisor catered to all our requests, even last minute changes/modifications to the floor plans.

Finally, some comments from friends include "My god, you built a mansion." "You must be very proud of this house, it's like a showplace!" and one friend who built a very large home for his family told us as he looked at our floor plans, that he thought we could build a comparable home for a lot less than what this house was going to cost. Then he saw the house after it was completed and told us how wrong he was and how impressed he was with the quality of our home. You know what? We are impressed also.
